Your package includes 7 nights of accommodation in our 2 x private villas (room rate of your choice), all villa-catered breakfasts, all workshops, workout sessions, 1 x surf trip, 1 x half-day group trip, 2 x 60 min massages, villa dinners and lunches. Note that there are a few special days, when out on excursions, where lunches & dinners are at own cost. ]

Your package doesn’t include flights to Bali, travel insurance, meals and drinks at restaurants on excursion days, additional half-day trips, scooter or car hire, additional massages, and additional transports and taxis. We can arrange airport transport for you (at your own cost), as everyone will be arriving and leaving at different times.

If you’d like to arrive in Bali before or after your retreat, and explore further, you are more than welcome to! Your host, Esther, may be able to recommend some spots and ensure you don’t overlap on any experiences.

We would recommend booking flights to Denpasar airport – this is the major airport in Bali. Our arrival location, Bingin Beach, is only 30 mins away from Denpasar. Our second location, Ubud, is about 1 hour drive from Denpasar. There is a high likelihood that the retreat group will be leaving around the same time from Ubud, so pooled airport transfers can be arranged.

Your deposit secures your spot in this retreat – so we recommend paying this as soon as you have made the decision to come, to ensure your preferred room choice is reserved for you! Please note, a deposit must be paid for each person attending the retreat, even if you are sharing a room together.

Payment plans available! Once we have received your deposit your spot is confirmed, you can then choose to pay in full or arrange a payment plan to start now and pay off your trip. Our payment plan allows you to break your retreat package into 4 x installments. The full amount for your room selection must be paid by the 1st of Oct 2023. Easy and flexible!

Your $500 Deposit is non-refundable. The remainder of your retreat package, depending on the time & reason for your cancellation, may be partially refunded to you. As of 8 weeks before the retreat start date (06.11.2023) the retreat is non-refundable – as a small business, we can not carry your cancellation costs! We require you to take out your own travel insurance in case you need to cancel due to injury or illness. In cases of border closures or international travel restrictions due to COVID, the retreat will be rescheduled.
