ELEMENTS VINYASA

Our Flow Class explores the human body in a flow of movement, weaving together sequences of postures linked with the breath. This class is slightly faster-paced. Expect an energetic practice with smooth, effortless transitions that will leave you feeling invigorated. This class offers the student the opportunity to connect more deeply to their body and breath through the freedom to explore the feeling of moving in unity, all while finding an intuitive connection to the body & breath. A moving meditation.

ELEMENTS FLOW RITUAL

Our special 90min signature class - a true journey through all the Elements. This longer class is a true experience of all senses - giving you the opportunity to take your body through all aspects of yoga! Weaving traditional pranayam breathing, sound & mantra together with fire and water-inspired flow sequences to unravel your mind and body. The class is closed with a longer guided meditation to allow for your practice to end in deep rest.

ASHTANGA INSPIRED

Within our Ashtanga inspired class, we take away the music to tap into your senses and really foster your connection to your breath. Each class follows the same sequence, so this class can be considered perfect for yogis that love to immerse themselves in familiar rhythm + flow. Some prior experience with yoga asanas is recommended to set you up, before you move to Ashtanga and step through at a slightly slower pace with room to focus, and really find your ‘grove’. Our Vinyasa Ashtanga classes are our very own Element’s exclusive version: inspired by the traditional Ashtanga series, but with a personal touch of Elements.

YOGA

ELEMENTS YIN

Yin yoga is a quiet, meditative practice with long, deep holding of passive seated and laying poses. Poses are typically held for 3-5 min - Using mindful muscle relaxation, Yin targets the connective tissue nourishing joints, ligaments, and deeper layers of fascia. This class is perfect to complement a more vigorous yoga practice, strength training & other activities like running & cycling. A wonderful way to offset stress and balance busy bodies.
