Our special 90min signature class - a true journey through all the Elements. This longer class is a true experience of all senses - giving you the opportunity to take your body through all aspects of yoga! Weaving traditional pranayam breathing, sound & mantra together with fire and water-inspired flow sequences to unravel your mind and body. The class is closed with a longer guided meditation to allow for your practice to end in deep rest.
An empowering yoga class focussing on developing your practice towards Peak Poses. Dive deeper into alignment, muscular engagement, and mental focus together with traditional yoga elements. Taught at a slower pace with a strong focus on alignment cues and longer holds in postures. Learn a specific theme or teachings of Yoga philosophy woven through the practice. Explore some of the more advanced postures, step by step and in a safe and supported space. A class that will Empower your practice and your mind.
Within our Ashtanga inspired class, we take away the music to tap into your senses and really foster your connection to your breath. Each class follows the same sequence, so this class can be considered perfect for yogis that love to immerse themselves in familiar rhythm + flow. Some prior experience with yoga asanas is recommended to set you up, before you move to Ashtanga and step through at a slightly slower pace with room to focus, and really find your ‘grove’. Our Vinyasa Ashtanga classes are our very own Element’s exclusive version: inspired by the traditional Ashtanga series, but with a personal touch of Elements.
ELEMENTS INVERSION PLAY
This is a playful and well-rounded class incl. drills and skills to build your inversion practice such as: handstand, arm balances and spinal inversions. We will include all aspects of balance, stamina and technique. Remember inversions take practice, this is your weekly opportunity to build your body awareness upside-down, learn new playful skills and feel "empowered" when you leave 🙂

Yin yoga is a quiet, meditative practice with long, deep holding of passive seated and laying poses. Poses are typically held for 3-5 min - Using mindful muscle relaxation, Yin targets the connective tissue nourishing joints, ligaments, and deeper layers of fascia. This class is perfect to complement a more vigorous yoga practice, strength training & other activities like running & cycling. A wonderful way to offset stress and balance busy bodies.
ELEMENTS SLOW & DEEP
A grounding, slow and deep practice combining longer holds in active poses first, transitioning into floor based yin poses later. Experience the benefits of holding poses a little longer giving areas such as hamstrings, groin, hips, shoulders and spine more time to release deeper. The challenge here is mostly mental - to allow stillness and depth. The perfect class to drop deep! Physically this class will help gain flexibility and nourish the connective tissue and help work through injured areas of your body. Suitable for all levels.

This is a heated Class. Get ready to feel the burn! This class will move and educate you on how to activate your core and glutes and build new strength. From body weight to free weights and resistance bands - this class will strengthen you from deep within. Activating your core and booty in multiple ways this fun and encouraging class will improve your posture and tone your belly and is perfect for those of you suffering from back pain.
Inspired by our teachers, who show us the playful side of asana. Advance your practice. For the yogis who want to go further, this monthly class specialises on advancing your practice from transitions to more complex postures and peak poses. Get ready to jump straight in + break down our peek pose of the week using anatomy, strength preparation and a mixture of traditional practices and new tricks.
Recover + Relax with a soft and nurturing practice, soothing your body and nervous system. This class will release the subtle and energetic body and nurture you - switch off the fight or flight stress response and allow your body & mind the space to pause and restore. Deep, restful, supportive poses and a delicious Yoga Nidra to end the class.
