VINYASA

A dynamic, flowing and rhythmic class with a focus on the union between movement and breath. Our Vinyasa class is a slightly faster paced, energetic practice with smooth, effortless transitions that will leave you feeling invigorated. This class offers the student the opportunity to connect more deeply to their body and breath through the freedom to explore the feeling of moving in unity, all while finding those moments of connected bliss & stillness throughout the practice.

HOT VINYASA

A infrared heated Vinyasa class - flowing and rhythmic with a focus on the union between movement and breath, our Vinyasa class is a slightly faster paced, energetic practice with smooth, effortless transitions that will leave you feeling invigorated. This class offers the student the opportunity to connect more deeply to their body and breath through the freedom to explore the feeling of moving in unity, all while finding those moments of connected bliss & stillness throughout the practice. Heated to 35 degtress through infrared heat panels.

POWER YOGA

An empowering yoga class focussing on alignment, musclar engagement, mental focus together with traditional yoga sequences. Taught at a slower pace than our Vinyasa class with a strong focus on alignment and longer holds in postures. Our EmPower class you will have a specific theme or teachings of Yoga philosophy woven through the practice and give you the chance to explore some of the more advanced Asana in a safe and supported space. A class that will Empower your practice and your mind. Suitable for all levels.

POWER YOGA II

Advance your practice. For the yogis who want to go further, this class specialises on advancing your practice from transitions to more tricky postures and peak poses. Get ready to jump straight in + break down our peek pose of the week using anatomy, strength preparation and a mixture of traditional practices and new tricks.

VINYASA ASHTANGA

Inspired by tradition + flow. Within our Vinyasa Ashtanga classes, we take away the music to tap into your senses and really foster your connection to your breath. Each class follows the same sequence, so this class can be considered perfect for yogis that love to immerse themselves in familiar rhythm + flow. Some prior experience with yoga asanas is recommended to set you up, before you move to Ashtanga and step through at a slightly slower pace with room to focus, and really find your ‘grove’.

VINYIN

A chilled out combination of delicious flow followed by yin yoga. The perfect balance of Yin and Yang. Begin with some gentle breath work and movement to ground you into your body before transitioning into deeper Yin holds for the majority of the class. The perfect class for those need time drop down out of their busy headspace and reconnect to themselves before settling into the stillness of a Yin practice. Physical this class will help gain flexibility and help work through injured areas of your body. Suitable for all levels.

YIN

Yin yoga is a quiet, meditative practice with long, deep holding of passive seated and laying poses. Using mindful muscle relaxation, Yin targets the connective tissue nourishing joints, ligaments, and deeper layers of fascia. This class the perfect to will compliment more vigorous yoga practices, strength training & other activities like running & cycling. A wonderful way to offset stress and balance busy bodies.

FULL BODY BURN

This class is designed to wake up your muscles combining movement, resistance & strength training. Incorporating elements of Yoga, Pilates, Barre & free weights, this full body workout will challenge you with longer holds and deep muscular activation, using slow and controlled movements, hand weights and resistance bands. This class is ideal for anyone looking for an intense all over body toning class that is low impact.

Get ready to feel the burn! This class will move and educate you on how to activate your core and build new strength. From body weight to free weights and resistance bands - this class will strengthen you from deep within. Activating your core in multiple ways this fun and encouraging class will improve your posture and tone your belly and is perfect for those of you suffering from back pain.

MOVEMENT

Our signature Movement classes are aimed at developing greater body awareness and coordination in order to progress your strength, mobility and agility. This class employs training techniques and drills used by gymnasts and acrobats, primal movement and functional movement coaches. Build movement patterns such as pulling, pushing, jumping, hanging, crawling etc to improve a more balanced and capable body. This class incorporates monkey bars, rings and floor work. This class is aimed at anyone wanted to improve their overall strength and coordination no matter what their current physical level is and will allow progression into more challenging skills.

MOVEMENT + LOCOMOTION

This is our Primal Movement inspired training. Learn movement patterns that will bulletproof your joints, stabilise & mobilise the spine, the hips, and the shoulders. This class will help you develop increased flexibility and strength. This class incorporates monkey bars and rings to increase pulling strength, shoulder mobility and strength and spinal health! Locomotion is a unique creation, a fluid, challenging, beautiful and rewarding movement system which relies on the use of low gate, squatting, inverting, crawling, bridging, quadrapedling and other patterns, integrated to a sophisticated multi layered flow.

HANDSTANDS + DRILLS

Advance Your Handstands or learn how to handstand! This is a playful and well-rounded class incl. drills and skills to build your handstand. We will include all aspects of balance, stamina and technique attempting to build your inversions. Remember handstands take practice, this is your weekly opportunity to build your handstand skills, learn about different types of handstands and feel "empowered" when you leave 🙂

YIN + QIGONG

Join our resident yoga teacher and Zenthai Shiatsu thearapist Linda for a Movement Meditation & Yin - inspired through elements of Qigong. Oriental movement medicine at its best! Come into your centre through movement and depth! This class is ideal to balance busy minds & bodies and foster the ability to connect & listen inwards. Starting with slow flowing mediative movement we will sink into deep yin yoga holds in the second half of the class. This class supports you to gain flexibility, enhance mental clarity and cultivate a state of peace & calm. Suitable for all levels.

YIN + PINS

Join our resident acupuncturist and yogi Leanne for a nourishing reset combining acupuncture with a delicious yin. Reset your fascia during deep releasing yin poses - then get comfy in savasana amongst blankets and bolsters before receiving a gentle distal acupuncture treatment - a unique combination of hand, foot, head or face needles chosen specifically to help you dive deep into rest and relaxation. Float away as you create more space in the body while the pins work their subtle magic. Come and shift your consciousness and leave feely deeply nourished.

RECOVER + RELAX

Recovery is the perfect way to chill out ! Enjoy a roll and release trigger point self massage followed by yin poses to open the connective tissue. Finally drop into a deep yoga Nidra rest. This class will release the subtle and energetic body and nurture your nervous system with this nourishing practice - switch off the fight or flight stress response and allow yourself the space to pause and restore. Deep, restful, supportive poses and a delicious Yoga Nidra to end the class. Suitable for all levels.
