Belinda is a functional medicine nutritionist, passionate about getting to the root cause of issues. Having gone through her own challenges with chronic acne, hormonal imbalances, adrenal fatigue, and a semi-professional athlete, the power of food, movement, and the mind as medicine presented itself as the next step from taking every pill under the sun, to no avail. Together she weaves not only the physical components of food and movement with the mindset of forgiveness, meeting yourself where you are at, and taking a whole-you approach to going to the next level. Meet Belinda

I’m a functional medicine nutritionist + behaviour change specialist. I combine the elements of functional medicine with the magic of neurology, sprinkled with a hint of intuition.

Not only do I have the educational background, I have been through it. From acne at the age 7, to discovering I have polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) in my early 20s, to full on adrenal fatigue by 26, I have been where you are.

Feeling not listened to and invalidated by the people I thought could help me. Having chronic conditions that couldn’t be fixed with one medication, they require a long-term lifestyle approach. Feeling alone in my struggles, fighting against my body, and feeding myself with comfort food blowouts and exercise punishment that put me right back to Square One.

I want every woman to connect to a community, connect with the body’s own signals, and shine their light in the world.
